Two up-market self catering cottages with beautiful views over the Angus Hills, available all year for guests and their families. Cottage accommodation consists of two double Bedrooms, Sitting/Dining Room (with Television), Bathroom and Kitchen, all fully furnished and equipped to a high standard including linen and towels. 'Casual' beds available for extra sleeping accommodation if required. (maximum 5 persons inc. children)

All cottages have dog kennelling facilities and gun safes. The surrounding area is ideal for field sport dog training. Rough Shooting (rabbits and pigeons) and Fishing are available February - July, with Duck flighting available by arrangement. Little Kenny is an ideal base for Stalking, Golfing, Hill Walking, Pony Trekking and Skiing, or simply to just relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside and stunning scenery.   £375 per week inc  VAT.  Fully inclusive of Electricity. 50 % deposit on booking required 
Charlie's Cottage
This ever popular cottage accomodation has been built onto and refurbished and is now available for letting.  The new accomodation now offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 en-suite), a sitting room with open fire, new sun room, kitchen etc.  The Rent of £600 weekly includes Vat and Electricity. (maximum 7 persons inc. children)

Other Activities Available During your visit
GUN DOG TRAINING - Our rough shooting grounds are ideal for dog training and owners are welcome to use our facilities when staying in the holiday cottages which each has its own kennelling facilities.

FALCONRY - We are also pleased to welcome Hawkers and Falconers as guests in the cottages, to fly their birds on our rough shooting grounds and when possible, on suitable ground on our shoots. The main quarry being rabbits, white hares (by arrangement) and occasionally, game birds if required and by arrangement. Charges per day per Falconer, £18, White Hare £6 each, Pheasant, Partridge, Wild Duck  £20 each, all inc Vat.  No charge for Rabbits or for "missed quarry".
FISHING - We are now able to offer our own fishing on the attractive GREENMYRE LOCHAN a short distance from the lodge and stocked with brown and rainbow trout. Already proving very popular, £10 per day per rod.  LINTRATHEN LOCH offers excellent loch fishing with boats available. For full particulars contact the Boat House, daily 9 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. 01575 560327.   SALMON FISHING on the Keithick Beat of the River Isla, ( 40 minutes by car from Little Kenny). 2 Rods available on every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the season - January 15th to October 15th. Day tickets available.
